Usage policy

This policy describes fair use of ZPDF Pro. It is a product policy, not legal advice. Commercial terms are agreed with Zeltosoft.

Accounts

Each person signs in with their own account. Credentials must not be shared. Administrators may suspend or block an account and can show a reason on the sign-in screen.

Files and encryption

Documents you upload stay in your account vault. You are responsible for having the right to edit those files. Zeltosoft does not use your PDFs to train models.

Plan limits

Free and paid tiers cap how many files you may open or create in a calendar month, how many pages those files add up to, and how large one file may be. Reopening the same document in the same month does not spend another file. Merging extra PDFs adds their pages to the monthly page budget and must still fit the per-file page cap. Hitting a cap pauses that action until the next month or until an administrator raises the group limit.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to distribute malware, to infringe copyright, or to overload the editor (automated bulk uploads beyond your plan). We may throttle or suspend abuse.
